What Clients Are Saying

Our women's basketball team worked with Wade during a very important year with our program as we were trying to take the next step and reach heights the group had never reached before. After starting with team goal setting, he took us through weekly process meetings to help us identify and work through issues as they arose. He facilitated all kinds of discussions that impacted our progress, from strategic issues to performance planning to individual mental techniques with our athletes. His knowledgeable and flexible approach allowed him to impart wisdom and experience that helped our team and athletes perform better, which is what it's all about

Tyler S. USports Basketball Coach

I reached out to Wade in 2011 when I had just completed my Masters and was looking to gain more applied experience as new professional in sport psychology.  Wade was working on his PhD and had his own consulting practice on the side when we first connected. He provided me some great feedback which really impacted my professional journey. Thanks Wade! It was so helpful to hear from someone a few years down the path from me. I even featured him on my blog and am delighted he is now creating his own website to share all his amazing insight to empower athletes, coaches, parents, and fellow professionals globally!

Arianna M., Life & Business Strategist & Founder of The Self-Discovery Retreat

Wade has always made himself very available for me and is a very helpful mental performance consultant. He has directly contributed to the improvement of my mental performance, which has definitely made a big difference on the basketball court.

Wade helps bring up meaningful conversations that will help address core problems within your groups that he can help mediate change. Wade is unique in the way he runs his meeting by having open conversations that gets everybody involved instead of lectures. This leads to more insights as a group and helps everybody grow not just as a player but as a person.
